Dr. Tingting Cheng joins Risk Institute as Postdoctoral Scholar

Garrick Institute for the Risk Sciences welcomes Dr. Tingting Cheng, Postdoctoral Scholar. 

Dr. Cheng holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in human-system interaction safety and human reliability in autonomous systems. She has extensive experience on operational experiment of human-autonomy collaboration, and risk-based decision modeling for maritime transportation systems.

Dr. Cheng was formerly a visiting Ph.D. student at the Department of Marine Technology, Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), working on experiment of human performance in autonomous ships. Her current research is dedicated to human-system interaction safety in automated vehicles, and advanced Human Reliability Analysis methods.
