The Fault Displacement Hazard Initiative (FDHI) project is a multi-year, community-based research project coordinated by the University of California with the goal of updating the state-of-practice in fault displacement hazard analysis. More information can be found at the FDHI Project Website. Official products from the FDHI Project are archived and maintained by Natural Hazards Risk and Resiliency Research Center (NHR3) and can be accessed freely below.
Datasets
The FDHI Project Database provides a standardized collection of fault displacement measurements, surface rupture maps, and supporting information. A comprehensive report documenting the database development and contents is published at: Report GIRS 2021-08 (https://doi.org/10.34948/N36P48). An accompanying journal article is in peer review.
The FDHI Database is hosted by UCLA Dataverse. Click here to download it (Release 3 2022-JUL-19).
